Participants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of South Africa. Eligibility will be verified via official documentation. 

This offer is available to Wetility customers and non-customers who refer or are referred to purchase qualifying PACE series Wetility solar products during the promotional period. 

The program is exclusively available to residential customers in South Africa. 

Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Wetility and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate. 

To participate, referrals must be made through the official referral link and by completing the designated referral form. 

A successful referral is defined as a new customer who signs a contract for Wetility solar services and completes the installation. 

The referral reward applies per contract that a referred customer signs and installs Wetility’s qualifying PACE series solar product.

The referral reward applies to each natural person who is referred and successfully installs a qualifying PACE series product. Additionally, the reward will only be allocated provided the referee uses the unique referral code at the time of purchase.  

Referrers will receive a reward for each successful referral upon installation of the referred customer’s system, as specified below:

Two extra solar panels (maximum of three referrals thereafter benefits will no longer apply).

An Air Fryer.

R1000 cash bonus for both the referrer and the referee.

Rewards are issued within 4-6 weeks following the installation of the referred customer’s system.

Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and carry no cash value unless otherwise stated. 

Wetility reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website and social media platforms. 

This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other Wetility promotions, discounts, or offers unless otherwise specified. 

The cash-back offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for any other products or services. 

No Guarantee of Outcome: Wetility does not guarantee any specific outcome or product availability under this promotion and reserves the right to amend these terms if unforeseen circumstances arise. 

Customers that subscribe to and install the PACE Mono Backup will not be eligible to receive extra solar panels. 

Customers who installed their system before January 2023 will not be eligible to receive additional solar panels due to product availability. 

If the customer's roof does not have sufficient space to accommodate the required extra solar panels, installation will not be done, and the customer will not be able to retain the panels. 

There will be no compensation or exchanges for the panels as a result of clause d, e and f.   

Wetility commits to ensuring transparency by prominently displaying the latest Terms & Conditions on Wetility’s website under the referral program section. 

Customers will be required to acknowledge these T&Cs before participating in the referral program. 

If requested, Wetility will provide a digital copy of the referral T&Cs via email. 

Wetility is not responsible for any errors or technical malfunctions during the referral process. 

Participants found to be tampering with the process or acting in violation of these terms will be disqualified. 

Participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described in Wetility’s Privacy Policy. This includes sharing limited data with partners strictly necessary to fulfil program obligations. 

Disputes related to the referral program will be governed by South African law and resolved through binding arbitration within the country, except where otherwise legally required. 

These terms constitute the entire agreement between Wetility and participants, superseding any prior agreements related to the referral program. Any invalid or unenforceable provision does not affect the validity of remaining terms.
