Solar Company Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction 

By participating in Wetility’s Beast Bundle Bonus Referral Program, participants agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility 

a)     Participants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of South Africa. Eligibility will be verified via official documentation.

b)     This offer is available to new Wetility customers who purchase qualifying Wetility solar products during the promotional period.

c)      The program is exclusively available to residential customers in South Africa.

d)     Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Wetility and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate.

 

3. Referral Process 

a)     To participate, referrals must be made through the official referral link and by completing the designated referral form.

b)     A successful referral is defined as a new customer who signs a contract for Wetility solar services and completes the installation.

 

4. Referral Rewards 

a)     Referrers will receive a reward for each successful referral, as specified on Wetility’s website or promotional materials. Rewards are issued within 4-6 weeks following the installation of the referred customer.

b)     Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and carry no cash value unless otherwise stated.

 

5. Program Changes and Termination 

a)     Wetility reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, with any changes effective immediately upon posting on the website or any of its social media platforms.

 

6. Exclusions and Limitations

a) This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other Wetility promotions, discounts, or offers unless otherwise specified. 

b) The cash-back offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for any other products or services.

c) No Guarantee of Outcome: Wetility does not guarantee any specific outcome or product availability under this promotion and reserves the right to amend these terms if unforeseen circumstances arise. 

d) Customers that subscribe to and install the PACE Mono Back up, will not be eligible to receive the extra solar panels.

e) Customers who installed their system before January 2023, will not be eligible to receive additional solar panels due to product availability.

6. Liability 

a)     Wetility is not responsible for any errors or technical malfunctions during the referral process.

b)     Participants found to be tampering with the process or acting in violation of these terms will be disqualified.

 

7. Privacy 

a)     Participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described in Wetility’s Privacy Policy. This includes sharing limited data with partners strictly necessary to fulfil program obligations.

 

8. Dispute Resolution 

a)     Disputes related to the referral program will be governed by South African law and resolved through binding arbitration within the country, except where otherwise legally required.

 

9. General Terms

a)     These terms constitute the entire agreement between Wetility and participants, superseding any prior agreements related to the referral program. Any invalid or unenforceable provision does not affect the validity of remaining terms.

 

Wetility 12 Days of solar savings – Terms and Conditions

 

1.     Introduction 

By participating in Wetility’s 12 Days of solar savings, participants agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

 

2.     Eligibility

a)     Participants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of South Africa. Verification of age and residency will be required through official documentation.

b)     This offer is exclusively available to new Wetility customers who purchase qualifying Wetility solar products during the promotional period.

c)      The Wetility 12 Days of solar savings offer is only applicable to residential customers in South Africa.

d)     Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Wetility and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) are not eligible to participate.

 

3.     Promotional Period

a)     The offer is valid from 1December 2024 to 13 December 2024, inclusive.

b)     Only sign-ups made during this period are eligible for the rewards and deferred delivery of the rewards.

 

4.     Rewards Redemption

a)     To claim the rewards, customers must sign their contract within the month of December. Eligibility for rewards is only confirmed once the installation is fully completed.

b)     Purchases or installations that are incomplete or cancelled for any reason do not qualify for the rewards offer.

b)     The reward offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for any other products or services.

6.     Cancellation

a)     If the installation is cancelled or remains incomplete, the customer forfeits the right to claim any rewards.

b)     Wetility reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice. Any such modification does not release the customer from compliance with the terms and eligibility requirements listed here.

 

7.     Privacy and Data Protection

a)     Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used in accordance with Wetility’s Privacy Policy. By participating, customers consent to the use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

b)     Any personal data shared with third parties will be handled as per Wetility’s privacy guidelines and is limited strictly to the purposes necessary to fulfil this promotion.

8.     Dispute Resolution and Legal Framework

a)     This promotion and any disputes arising out of or related to it shall be governed by the laws of South Africa, excluding its conflict of law principles.

b)     Participants agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration in the Republic of South Africa, unless prohibited by local laws.

c)      Limitations on Legal Recourse: Wetility shall not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation in this promotion.

 

9.     General Legal Protection

a)     Force Majeure: Wetility is not liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations resulting from events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain interruptions.

b)     Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions represent the complete agreement between Wetility and the participant concerning this promotion, superseding all prior understandings or communications related to the Black Friday Cash Back Offer.
